Global surveys are indicating that up to 90% of organisations either have a PMO, or are in the process of establishing one. What used to be an academic pipe-dream is now a reality. Organisations can now centralise control of projects and processes and in turn strategically drive the change agenda. But now is not the time for complacency. As organisations push for competitive advantage, so must the PMO change to maintain its relevance and value. In 2011/12 PM-Partners group will be surveying Australia’s pre-eminent PMO managers and thought leaders to determine the future capabilities required of PMOs and the challenges that will be faced in delivering to those expectations.
Read the Press Release We invite all PMO managers, CFOs and CIOs with PMO accountabilities to participate in our survey. All participants receive a copy of the survey report (valued at $500) as well as a personal invitation to our pre-release briefing event. Apply now to participate in our 2011/12 Australian PMO Survey Please note we have strict sampling criteria. For those people who qualify, we will email you further details as to when and how the survey will be conducted. Thank you for supporting the continued success of Australian PMOs.
