• PROJECT PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT(PPM): Portfolio management looks at the entire scope of where an organisation is deploying its resources and asks whether this is the optimum mix of activity to deliver the strategic goals. PM-Partners group examines how the organisation’s investment is spread taking into account strategic priorities, resource skills and availability, risk and performance. Recommendations can then be provided on the inclusion of components into the portfolio as well as prioritisation, monitoring and control.
• STRATEGY EXECUTION FRAMEWORK: Our experience from working with companies is that the execution of a strategy is a set of programmes and projects, and needs a Strategy Management Office (or similar function) to plan, guide, and manage the execution of strategy and sustainability of change.  Through executive workshops, briefings and planning PM-Partners will help establish your strategy execution framework.
