Health Checks, Assurance and Reviews

PM-Partners group Health Checks are the equivalent of conducting ‘spot checks’ on a project. They range from a simple, single function based analysis through to more complex and wide reaching ‘deep dive’ examinations which are essential in complex, high risk projects. Both online and in-house solutions are available.

Assurance programs consist of planned, regular project performance checks. These are particularly relevant when there are high compliance requirements or projects are long term. Prior to project commencement PM-Partners works with you to determine your assurance regime and then at designated intervals can be engaged to conduct an objective and rigorous check of project performance against best practice or your preferred standards.

Reviews typically examine a specific capability or function within your project management architecture. The purpose of a review is to determine the current level of development of that capability and what further development is required for to fulfill business requirements. So while Health Checks and Assurance are looking at current performance levels, Reviews are examining ‘fit for purpose’.
