Professional Development Pathways
Based on customer feedback, PM Partners has re-constructed its education and training structure with courses now neatly grouped into Professional Development Pathways.
A common question from our clients relates to which area of specialisation they should pursue to suit their project management skills and interests, which courses are relevant to them and which certification, accreditation or qualification should be obtained. The answer is now in our Professional Development Pathways.
For example, a project manager who would like to become a PMO manager can now quickly and easily identify the courses relevant to them to pursue this area of specialization, career development and certification. Other Pathways are designed for specialist areas such as Program Management , Project Portfolio Management and Business Analysis.
Core aspects of business analysis are also covered in a Professional Development Pathway, including Effective Requirements for Successful Projects, Writing an Effective Test Plan, Writing an Effective Business Case and BA Certification Preparation endorsed by the IIBA.
In the Broader Business Development Pathway, designed for project managers with significant experience seeking greater learning or a higher certification, topics covered include ITIL Foundation, Understanding Business Financials, Business Acumen, Building Sustainable Change and Project and Program Management.
