Our PRINCE2® Executive Overview Workshop provides a 1 day summary of the PRINCE2® (Projects In Controlled Environments) Methodology.

PRINCE2® (Projects In Controlled Environments) is a globally recognised project management methodology. Originating from the UK, it is based on the Managing Successful Projects Using PRINCE2® (by OGC). This project management methodology has gained widespread acceptance. Currently PRINCE2® is used in more than 150 countries across the globe. Many companies adopt PRINCE as their group-wide standard for Project Management.

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVE

This workshop is specifically designed for executives, managers and people who contribute to projects wanting to gain a high level understanding of PRINCE2®.
