Turnkey Project Solutions
Our Turnkey Project Solutions enable you to completely outsource a project or programme to PM-Partners group.  We take full accountability for management and execution from concept to completion.  Where required, we source and manage subcontractors on your behalf and work with key members of your team. Clients who use this service tend to have business critical projects that need to be delivered without disruption to daily activities.

Managed PMO
You can partially or fully outsource a PMO to us including all or selected functions such as project management, portfolio selection, governance, training and method development. Support Options

Mentoring & Support
Address your short-term skill gaps while also building long term capabilities in your organisation.  If your intent is to develop internal people to be effective project managers then Mentoring and Support is for you.  Our project managers are engaged to assist with your projects.  In the course of their daily work they also offer ‘on the job’ mentoring and support to your staff, enabling skill transition. By the end of the engagement your team can operate independently and external support is no longer required.

This service is often combined with Interim PM’s so that capability is developed during the delivery of critical initiatives.

Governance & Steering Group Support
Do you have the necessary experience at the Executive level to ensure the right decisions are being made and the right processes are in place for your projects and programmes?  Our steering group support services range from regular attendance of steering group meetings through to in-depth reviews of your governance structure.

Project Health Checks & Assurance
Reviews of the progress of your projects can substantially increase the effectiveness and efficiency of your outcomes.  Health checks can be conducted on an ‘as required’ basis to spot check progress or for major complex projects we recommend a sustained and regular assurance process. 

This service follows a structured approach and is conducted by experienced project consultants who understand the warning signs and the cost of not addressing problems. We are independent and free from internal politics and so provide a balanced view unencumbered by the day-to-day issues and interruptions of the organisation.

Project Recovery
Are your major projects missing deadlines and deliverables? Get your major projects back on track, efficiently and effectively.
