Since 2001 the AITD Excellence Awards have recognised exceptional achievements in learning and organisational development. This year due to the evolution of the learning and development landscape and profession, three new award categories were added: social/collaborative learning; gamification/simulation for learning; and, talent development programs.
We are proud to announce that due to the hard work and dedication of Downer’s Learning & Development department, working in conjunction with the PMO, HR and Operations and PM-Partners group, the team has been presented with the 2015 award for best Talent Development Program in Australia, for its Project Plus and LeAD courses.
This program was developed in line with industry standards and aligned to both the Downer Project Management Methodology and the Certificate IV requirements by ASQA, and has been designed to equip project management practitioners with the critical skills and knowledge to deliver successful project results for Downer and its customers across Australia and New Zealand.
Congratulations to the team at Downer and PM-Partners for this commendable achievement.
