- Current levels of knowledge
- The fundamentals of the Project Management Body Of Knowledge (using the PMBOK® Guide Fifth Edition)
Facilitators of this workshop are highly qualified and experienced within the area of project management, methodology development and implementation, and hold all relevant certifications with leading bodies including PMP® certification.
Certification & Examination
This workshop is based on the PMBOK® Guide Fifth Edition (released January 2013).
This workshop prepares PMP® certification candidates for sitting the 1 August 2013 examination release and prepares CAPM® certification candidates for sitting the 1 July 2013 examination release.
Participants will, at the conclusion of this program, register to undertake the relevant examination:
4 hour computer-based 200 question multiple-choice exam. 25 of these questions are randomly placed, pre-test questions, which are designed for gathering statistical information and are not included in pass/fail determination.
3 hour computer-based 150 question multiple-choice exam. 15 of these questions are randomly placed, pre-test questions, which are designed for gathering statistical information and are not included in pass/fail determination.
The passing score for all PMI® credential examinations is determined by sound psychometric analysis. PMI® uses subject matter experts from across the globe to help establish a point at which each candidate should pass the exam and the exam point of difficulty.
During the program participants will be able to assess their ability to successfully pass the exam, by completing over 450 practice exam questions.
Ultimately, attainment of certification provides conclusive assessment.
