Employee Referral Reward Programme

Spread the word… PM-Partners group are hiring and we need your help

Developed to provide an incentive award to any current employee or contractor who refers someone, who is then subsequently hired by PM-Partners group and placed with a client.

Participation & Eligibility Guidelines

Eligibility:

  • You must be a current employee or contractor of PM-Partners group
  • Referred candidates are excluded if they are already on the PM-Partners group database and have had contact with the Delivery team within the last 2 years
  • Referred candidates must not have worked at PM-Partners group previously
  • The placement must be made within 6 months of the referral being made
  • There are no limits to the number of referrals you can make

 Exclusions:

  • The following PM-Partners group roles are not eligible for this reward: Senior Managers; Recruitment Team Members; Sales Consultants; BDM’s, SDM’s and Account Managers

 Referral Procedure:

  • To recommend someone, simply email their name, contact details and the type of role(s) and location(s) they would be interested in to recruitment@pm-partners.com.au
  • Alternatively they can contact us directly, but they must provide your full name for the referral reward to be applicable
  • Referral Reward is distributed following 30 days of employment by the referred person

 Reward:

  • $100 Voucher: will be provided if the candidate you refer is placed in a 3-6 months Contract
  • $250 Voucher: will be provided if the candidate you refer is placed in a 6+ months Contract or in a Permanent role

 PM-Partners group reserves the right to amend, interpret, terminate or suspend this program at any time. In the event of any referral reward disputes, PM-Partners groups’ decision will be final.
