ITIL Membership

AXELOS will contact each candidate that has earned their ITIL Foundation certificate this year (2018) to activate their subscription to ITIL Membership. Note that your ITIL qualification details must appear on the AXELOS Successful Candidates Register to be eligible for membership.

ITIL Membership is an online content subscription which helps you to apply learnings from the ITIL Foundation course to the workplace, as well as developing your skills and knowledge in line with future innovations in the ITSM industry.

What is a digital badge?

Digital badges allow individuals to showcase their achievements to their professional network. They are loaded with metadata and hold individuals’ online credentials, which can be updated in real time. The ITIL digital badge is aligned to the highest ITIL certification held by the individual and must be maintained through professional development activities. AXELOS has partnered with Acclaim to supply these digital badges.

Once you are a member, you will be issued with a digital badge linked to your certificate which you can add to your email signature, CV or professional pages. You need to complete 20 points of continual professional development (CPD) activities each year to maintain your badge after the first year.
