Salesforce Software Engineer – Digital Licensing

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Software Engineer to support multiple digital transformation projects. The role involves hands-on Salesforce development, code reviews, collaboration with QA teams, and contribution to CI/CD and DevOps practices that ensure high-quality, scalable digital services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain solutions across Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions.
  • Write clean, scalable Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio components, and API integrations.
  • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide remediation reports.
    Collaborate with QA teams on functional and regression testing.
  • Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Bitbucket, Copado, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
  • Contribute to solution design, performance optimisation, incident resolution, and technical documentation.
  • Support agile delivery processes using Jira.
  • Ensure compliance with security, access control, and identity management standards.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud (portals), and Service Cloud including case management, knowledge base, and omni-channel.
  • Public Sector Solutions experience within regulatory or compliance-driven environments.
  • Advanced Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio development skills.
  • RESTful API development and integration.
  • Demonstrated capability in code quality, security review, and QA collaboration.
  • CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using Git-based workflows; experience with GitHub Actions and optional AWS integrations (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.).
  • Proficiency in documentation and agile delivery practices.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing architecture.
  • Experience with SSO, OAuth, and identity provider integrations.
  • Background in delivering portals or forms in high-compliance or regulatory environments.
