My client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major cloud-based contact centre platform supporting over 6,000 agents across multiple divisions. The role will manage planning, execution, migration, stakeholder engagement, and operational delivery to ensure the platform is successfully implemented and delivers measurable performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of the new cloud-based contact centre solution
  • Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and delivery milestones
  • Oversee platform integration and agent migration activities
  • Drive Agile ways of working and continuous improvement
  • Manage vendor relationships and partner contracts
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across technology and business units

About You:

  • Experience delivering large-scale cloud contact centre projects (500+ seats)
  • Strong Agile project delivery experience (Scrum / Kanban)
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, Twilio, or Amazon Connect
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD environments
  • Skilled in Jira, Confluence, and similar delivery tools
  • Background in IT transformation projects, ideally within financial services
