Senior Business Analyst – Healthcare

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis and requirements definition for this high-impact healthcare technology program. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, developers (onsite and offshore), and key hospital stakeholders to ensure delivery of a secure, compliant, and user-focused solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across both mobile and cloud components.
  • Facilitate workshops with hospital stakeholders, clinicians, and engineering teams to gather and define requirements.
  • Develop detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyse and document integration requirements between the mobile app, IoT monitoring systems, and the cloud platform.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital IT and data governance standards, including privacy, security, and safety.
  • Support Product Owners with backlog prioritisation, refinement, and agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate closely with onshore and offshore development teams to ensure clarity and traceability of requirements.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and confirm solutions align with business outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of agile practices within the delivery team.

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years in a Senior
  • Proven experience delivering mobile app and cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong track record working within agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, ideally gained within healthcare, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Exposure to IoT data integration, analytics/reporting platforms, or environmental monitoring systems (desirable).
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
  • Familiarity with data governance, safety, or regulatory frameworks in healthcare (highly regarded).
  • Ability to mentor and support Product Owners in agile methodologies.
