Senior Project Manager – Construction

PM-Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale infrastructure program. This role will provide program and construction management services across a complex, high-profile project designed to enhance critical infrastructure and community outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with program objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Provide strategic leadership across design, delivery, and construction management activities.
- Manage multiple stakeholders including government agencies, contractors, and consultants.
- Lead risk, quality, and change management processes to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Drive governance, reporting, and assurance activities across all delivery phases.
About You:
- Proven experience delivering large, complex infrastructure or construction programs (transport, utilities, or similar).
- Strong background in program and construction management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to operate at both strategic and delivery levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management preferred.
