PM-Partners Transformation Forum

PM-Partners Transformation Forum

Wednesday, 01 January 2020 / Published in Uncategorised

The PM-Partners 2018 Transformation Forum brings together months of research to present insights and trends in the project management industry across both Australian and global organisations. Information has been collected from Practitioners and the C-Suite alike, giving us a well-rounded understanding of current opportunities and challenges. These findings will be presented by some of Australia’s leading executives, Transformation leaders, Programme and PMO managers, alongside case studies developed by PM-Partners. Attendees are encouraged to participate in thought provoking discussion with their peers throughout the day.

From our interim survey findings, Digital Disruption ranks highest, which is unsurprising given that this trend spans all industries. With technology continuously evolving, organisations are under constant pressure to change and progress to keep pace with today’s competition. Business transformation is imperative to survival and our senior leaders will provide insight on why and how they successfully transformed their organisations.

We have also uncovered that a third of survey respondents are struggling to keep up with the Pace of Change. Prioritisation and execution are sore points, so ensuring you can successfully take your organisation from its present state to the future is imperative to stay competitive. We will offer real life experiences and advice on how seasoned Programme Managers have aligned business strategy, transformation ambition and adaptive execution.

A positive we have noticed is that more organisations are looking at deploying agile, even if it is within smaller business units throughout an organisation. However, Agility at Scale is difficult to master, especially when unifying teams with different goals, varying approaches, portfolio management, governance issues and conflicting structures. We will discuss and provide examples on how to scale at an enterprise level to get the most out of your teams, return on investment and achieve overall business agility.

If you are responsible for executing strategy or leading change, do not miss this event! Our early bird tickets are on sale NOW – secure your seat today!
