I think I ran my first course for PM Partners in 2005.
ITIL – which stands for Information Technology Infrastructure Library.
I have four children – three boys and one girl!
I have two dogs.
It’s more a time of day than a place, but anywhere at sunrise.
Anything with my family and friends. It could just be enjoying a bowl of chips, but if I’m with the people I love, then it’s the best meal ever!
Telling stories to my students.
Get involved. I think out loud, so please interrupt me as much as you like.
A surgeon so that I would be working with my hands on stuff that really matters (no face lifts though!)
I don’t really have a favourite book, but if I had to pick one I would choose one I have recently read and finished, “A Gentleman in Moscow” by Amor Towles. This was a beautifully written book which didn’t make me read through wads of text when I knew what was going to happen.
I used to sew a lot and make my own clothes. One of the first presents I ever made for my wife was an over the shoulder bag made from a pair of my old jeans. It had the label “Closer to my bottom quality wind-proof hand luggage”. I also made a (very 90’s looking) vest for her.
