The Initiative Horizon
The role / value of Agile Business Analysis. Applying Agile Business Analysis principles. Techniques used e.g. Personas, Relative Estimation and Retrospectives.
The Delivery Horizon
The role / value of Agile Business Analysis. Applying Agile Business Analysis principles. Techniques used e.g. Story Decomposition, Story Mapping and Value Stream Mapping.
Pre-course:
You will be provided with pre-course work, which will be sent out two weeks before the course start date.
We encourage all participants to complete the pre-course work before the course begins. This preparation will allow you to fully engage in the course and embed the learning, which in turn will help you achieve your desired outcomes.

CERTIFICATION EXAM
The certification exam has 85 multiple-choice, scenario-based questions and you have two hours to complete it. The exam may be taken via an online proctor from home or your office.
To maintain the credential, continuing competence must be demonstrated each year through 20 Continuing Development Units (CDUs) in both Learning and Applying activity streams.

Participants who have been awarded the Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential by the Project Management Institute (PMI)® are eligible to earn 14 PDUs for their participation in this course.
Participants holding any of the Project Management accreditations (CPPP/ CPPM/ CPPD) are eligible to earn 20 CPDs for this short course.
