Dominic Frost

Chief Executive Officer

Dominic has gained very varied experience throughout his career in Australia, New Zealand and the UK including founding, building and selling an IT services business and time in private equity - sourcing investments, developing and implementing funding models and several hands-on CxO roles with funded organisations.

Dominic has spent his time in A/NZ in consultancy organisations and Tier 1 software vendors building and running customer-centric delivery teams.

Dominic is a former client of PM-Partners, so has an understanding of the firm’s strengths and service offerings.

By nature, very hands on an customer-centric, Dominic enjoys the challenge of new customer engagements and following through to customer success.

Chris Hills

Chief Financial Officer

Chris is an experienced CFO with over 15 years’ industry experience of which the last 8 years has been with PM-Partners group. Chris is a FCA and has previously worked in the UK and New Zealand and heads up the Finance, Administration and IT functions at PM-Partners.

Chris is an integral member of the Senior Leadership team working closely with the other executives to provide quality outcomes for our clients.

Ray Wall

Client Engagement Director

As an industry leader in globally-recognised delivery methods and standards, Ray has a wealth of experience implementing effective governance frameworks and controls across diverse industries and organisations. He has a proven ability to help leaders and delivery teams achieve business agility through the design and execution of complex change and transformation.

As Client Engagement Director, he’s now responsible for the Advisory and Delivery teams focusing on client success. Prior to joining PM-Partners, Ray held senior positions in leading organisations including St. George Bank and Westpac Group, and spent several years optimising client delivery results as a management consultant.

Desmond van Kemenade

Regional Director, Victoria

With a growing roster of Melbourne-based clients and an enthusiastic team to support, Des van Kemanade joins our team in the new position of Regional Director, Victoria. Des has an extensive background in data, information management, and business analytics, and an impressive track record of success working across IT delivery and consulting.

Focused on enabling informed decision-making and delivering real value to the client, Des is a passionate leader who will provide strategic vision and execution as he takes our Melbourne office to new heights.

Stephen Parry

Head of Singapore

Stephen spent over 20 years with four very diverse multinational organisations tackling a range of complex problems and developing a mastery in project, program and portfolio management execution. Stephen heads the PM-Partners Singapore and ASEAN business, building a project management consultancy that aims to help an array of clients from the public and private sectors and a team who are client outcome focused.

Stephen is very hands on and is most likely found working with his customers running strategy and transformation workshops with senior leaders, or coaching our consultants to continue to improve and drive better outcomes for our customers.

Stephen’s goal for Singapore is to build a team with an insatiable desire to learn from the environments around them, who have enormous tenacity and never give up and those who take enormous pride in what they do and how they go about it.

Mike is well-recognised as an industry-leading facilitator, speaker and thought leader with more than two decades’ experience in business management, training, coaching and project management. As a qualified trainer in several Global Best Practice Solutions qualification courses, he oversees the training and certification of up to 12,000 individuals each year and has niche expertise in modern portfolio, program and project management practices.

Mike is an APMG qualified trainer and consultant, and specialises in Portfolio, Programme and Project consultancy and management; Programme and Project assurance and rescue; Portfolio, Programme and Project governance; PMO maturity assessment and capability uplift; Benefits Management and Realisation; Agile Project Management readiness.

Mike’s core focus is maintaining the high-quality training capabilities that PM-Partners is well known for, engaging with our customers to ensure we are leading in the next generation of training content and training methods.

Tanya Head of Marketing

Having begun her career in digital project management, Tanya’s shift into marketing was initially born from her frustration at delivering beautiful, yet under-performing websites. Determined to better help clients achieve their revenue goals, she focused on developing her inbound and strategic marketing skills and exploring her love of automation and analytics, working agency-side in Sydney

Since then, Tanya has formalised her experience in marketing, eCommerce and digital leadership holding senior roles across the globe in the US, Canada, and the Middle East. As Head of Marketing at PM-Partners, she is responsible for developing marketing strategies that build brand presence and maximise growth. Tanya and the marketing team work tirelessly to pursue new ways of delivering experiences that delight and engage our customers and improve lead generation and sales.

Hazel People and Culture

Hazel Winfield

Head of People and Culture

Hazel joined PM-Partners in 2015 bringing with her more than a decade of experience working across multiple HR disciplines, including in senior positions for the UK’s largest retailer, the John Lewis Partnership. Her primary role is to ensure PM-Partners maintains a team of talented, capable and culturally aligned people, with a focus on achieving business objectives and driving the organisation’s overall strategy.

A highly qualified practitioner with both a BA and Masters in Human Resource Management, Hazel takes a disciplined and flexible problem-solving approach to HR, effectively balancing the achievement of company goals with employee needs. She is passionate about enhancing the employee experience and adept at implementing people and culture process improvements for the benefit of all stakeholders.
