The guidance is based on the DSDM® (Dynamic System Development Method) approach - a long established, internationally recognised framework for agile project delivery.
Trainers of this course will use a practical delivery approach to provide participants with a ‘hands-on’, multi-faceted and challenging learning experience. Understanding and recall techniques will be used to provide participants with a solid Foundation level comprehension.

Materials: A comprehensive participant workbook and the AgilePgM Handbook (published by DSDM) are provided.
The Foundation examination addresses knowledge of the terminology of the method and a high-level understanding of the concepts.
The course includes the AgilePgM Foundation Examination consisting of:
Classroom training: Exam taken on afternoon of day 2 of the course.
Virtual training: Online proctored exam taken after the course. On the last day of your virtual course, you will receive an invitation to book your exam. You have 6 months to sit the exam online. Please check availability when making your booking.
Participants who have been awarded the Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential by the Project Management Institute (PMI)® are eligible to earn 14 PDUs for their participation in this course (13 Technical, 1 Strategic and Business Management.
Participants holding any of the Project Management accreditations (CPPP/CPPM/CPPD) are eligible to earn 20 CPDs for this short course.
Candidates who pass the AgilePgM Foundation exam are eligible to claim one year’s Agile Business Consortium Membership. This entitles you to:

To gain the greatest benefit from participation in this course, participants should have an understanding of, or experience of, transformational change in a programme management environment.
This could include, as a minimum, having completed the MSP® Foundation or equivalent.
