This course includes DITS online exam which consists of:
• 30 questions
• Multiple choice questions
• 70% pass mark
• 60 minutes
• Closed book

This exam is a prerequisite for obtaining the ITIL 4 Strategic Leader designation.

ITIL 4 Strategic Leader

ITIL 4 Strategic Leader is a certification stream that highlights the importance of IT in shaping business strategy and driving organisational success. It demonstrates a deep understanding of how to align digital capabilities with strategic business goals across the enterprise.

To obtain the ITIL Strategic Leader designation, you must complete the following two modules

  • ITIL 4 Leader: Direct, Plan and Improve
  • ITIL 4 Leader: Digital and IT Strategy

Upon successfully completing both modules, you will automatically be awarded the ITIL 4 Strategic Leader designation.

Your certification will need to be renewed within three years of its original certification date. Please refer to PeopleCert for more information.

DEVELOPMENT UNITS

Participants who have been awarded the Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential by the Project Management Institute (PMI)® are eligible to earn 21 PDUs for their participation in this course (11 Ways of Working, 8 Business Acumen, and 2 Power Skills).

Participants holding any of the Project Management accreditations (CPPP/ CPPM/ CPPD) are eligible to earn 20 CPDs for this short course.

PMI and Project Management Professional (PMP) are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc.

Before attending the course, participants must:

  • Hold a current ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
  • Have a minimum of three year’s managerial experience.
