Federal government

Federal government is a relatively new area for PM-Partners, following our recent expansion into Canberra. Our focus has been on improving capabilities and skills in agile, SAFe, project management and portfolio management, as well as providing programme management and assurance services to several agencies.

State government

PM-Partners has a 25-year track record of working with state government across Australia. We are trusted by some of the country’s largest entities to deliver major programmes, drive capability uplift and provide assurance services. We predominately work across Victoria, Queensland and NSW state government.

Local government

For more than two decades, local government has used PM-Partners to help improve the way they deliver projects in their capital works and technology teams. We have worked with councils large and small to deliver programmes, train their people and drive best practice execution.

Singapore government

PM-Partners has been operating in Singapore since 2010, working with government to uplift project and change capabilities to deliver citizen services more effectively. A recent area of focus is helping Singapore government transition to agile ways of working, which has seen significant demand.
