Dominic Frost |
Dominic Frost has been appointed as the new CEO of PM-Partners. Dominic has gained very varied experience throughout his career both here and in the UK including founding, building and selling an IT services business and time in private equity - sourcing investments, developing and implementing funding models and several hands-on CxO roles with funded organisations. Dominic has spent most of the last 6 years with SAS Institute, running several business units and driving significant growth in Cloud and Security Intelligence services. He is a former client of PM-Partners and so has an understanding of the firm’s strengths and service offerings. By nature, Dominic is sales and growth oriented and sees a fantastic opportunity to apply his experience in this role. |

Chris Hills |
Chris is an experienced CFO with over 15 years’ industry experience of which the last 8 years has been with PM-Partners group. Chris is a FCA and has previously worked in the UK and New Zealand and heads up the Finance, Administration and IT functions at PM-Partners. Chris is an integral member of the Senior Leadership team working closely with the other executives to provide quality outcomes for our clients. |

Together with her skills and experience, Tracey is a flexible professional seeking to achieve a high work standard, focussing on value-add. Having been with PM-Partners group for 15 years, Tracey has held roles including Consultant/Trainer, Head of Training and currently, Head of Development. Ray Wall |
As an industry leader in globally-recognised delivery methods and standards, Ray has a wealth of experience implementing effective Governance frameworks and controls across diverse industries and organisations. He has a proven ability to help leaders and delivery teams achieve business agility through the design and execution of complex change and transformation. Ray joined PM-Partners as Head of the Advisory Practice in 2012 and has been instrumental in the growth and development of the Professional Services (Advisory) division. As Client Engagement Director, he’s now responsible for the Advisory and Delivery teams and oversees the Melbourne and Singapore offices. Prior to joining PM-Partners, Ray held senior positions in leading organisations including St. George Bank and Westpac Group, and spent several years optimising client delivery results as a Management Consultant. Ray is a pragmatist who firmly believes organisational standards should be adapted (not simply adopted) to suit each unique environment and culture. As a regular on the speaker circuit, he advises business leaders on how to gain the transformation strategies and skills they need to drive sustainable growth in the face of near-constant disruption. |

Mike Boutel |
Mike is well-recognised as an industry-leading facilitator, speaker and thought leader with more than two decades’ experience in business management, training, coaching and project management. As a qualified trainer in several Global Best Practice Solutions qualification courses, he oversees the training and certification of up to 10,000 individuals each year and has niche expertise in modern portfolio, program and project management practices. As an entrepreneur in his own right, Mike has first-hand experience managing high-performing teams and running profitable businesses. He recently applied his expertise in enterprise agility and risk management to his role at PM-Partners, using COVID-19 as the catalyst to successfully pivot to virtual training services within a three week period. Mike is an APMG qualified trainer and consultant, and specialises in Portfolio, Programme and Project consultancy and management; Programme and Project assurance and rescue; Portfolio, Programme and Project governance; PMO maturity assessment and capability uplift; Benefits Management and Realisation; Agile Project Management readiness. |

Stephen Parry |
Stephen spent over 20 years with four very diverse Multinational organisations tackling a range of complex problems and developing a mastery in project, program and portfolio management execution. Stephen is now building a project management consultancy that aims to help an array of clients from the public and private sectors and a team who are client outcome focussed and in tune with the business strategies of our clients.
