Senior Business Analyst

An opportunity exists for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to support the Data stream of a high-profile divestment program.

You will work across business, risk and compliance teams to define and document requirements relating to data purge, archival, retention, data ownership and regulatory obligations. This is a business-facing role requiring strong process mapping, stakeholder engagement and governance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document business requirements across data separation activities
• Map current and future-state processes relating to data retention and archiving
• Identify data ownership, regulatory and compliance impacts
• Support risk assessments and control uplift activities
• Work closely with Program leadership to manage dependencies and delivery timelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience as a Senior BA within a divestment program
• Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred
• Excellent documentation, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in complex, multi-stream environments
