Senior Implementation Manager

A leading organization is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead a day-one, tech-led cutover for a complex project. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a strong track record in migrations, divestments, or other complex system implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all activities during the cutover phase.
• Develop and integrate comprehensive run sheets for day-one execution.
• Understand full project sequences, dependencies, and critical tasks.
• Test and validate the implementation plan through rehearsals, including UAT and SIT trial runs.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and systems to ensure seamless execution.
• Consolidate all inputs into a clear and actionable implementation plan.

Skills & Attributes:

• Tenacious, strategic, and proactive.
• Strong communication skills, able to extract and consolidate information effectively.
• Solid technical understanding of implementation processes and systems.

Experience:

• Proven experience managing complex implementations or migrations.
• Experience with divestment programs is highly advantageous.
