Technology Project Manager – ERP / Dynamics 365

An opportunity exists for an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead the delivery of major technology and digital initiatives, including ERP implementation and future enterprise-wide programs. This role will act as a senior delivery authority, responsible for driving outcomes across complex, multi-workstream environments while ensuring strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and risk management frameworks
• Establish and manage governance, reporting, and assurance processes, providing clear, decision-ready updates to senior stakeholders
• Oversee ERP implementation across the business, including data migration strategy, UAT execution, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilisation
• Translate business requirements into executable technology outcomes, managing cross-functional design decisions and delivery trade-offs
• Drive agile delivery practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful outcomes
• Lead change management and business readiness activities, including training, communications, and adoption tracking
• Manage vendors and delivery partners, ensuring performance against contractual obligations and alignment to business objectives

Key Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience delivering complex ERP or enterprise technology programs
• Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP platforms
• Proven experience managing full lifecycle delivery, including data migration, go-live, and stabilisation
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and system-enabled transformation
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks and provide clear, evidence-based advice to senior stakeholders
• Excellent stakeholder management, planning, and organisational skills
