Program Manager – Divestment

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Data stream within a large-scale divestment program.

This is a business-facing leadership role focused on overseeing data separation activities including data purge, retention, archiving, decommissioning, governance and regulatory alignment. You will work closely with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Technology stakeholders to ensure clean, compliant and timely separation of data assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Data workstream within a complex divestment program
• Oversee data purge, archival and retention activities in line with regulatory requirements
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across business, risk and compliance
• Ensure clear governance, RAID management and executive reporting
• Drive delivery milestones, dependencies and vendor coordination

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering within divestment, separation or large transformation programs
• Strong exposure to data governance, data retention, purge and archiving initiatives
• Background in financial services or other regulated environments
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Strong commercial and risk lens
