Everywhere you look, people are talking about generative AI. It’s in our inboxes, our meetings and even our to-do lists. And for good reason. Tools like ChatGPT and Copilot are changing how we work, create, and learn.

But while AI can write code, summarise reports and even simulate a customer conversation, there is one thing it cannot do. It cannot build genuine human capability.
