We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a well-established Salesforce environment delivering modern digital solutions across multiple business initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative Agile environment where you’ll contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise Salesforce platforms.

The Role
As part of a high-performing delivery team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting Salesforce solutions that are scalable, secure, and user-focused. You’ll work closely with architects, business analysts, testers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative outcomes across a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Develop automation solutions and improve business processes through platform capabilities.
Contribute to platform enhancements, performance optimisation, and technical improvements.
Support CI/CD deployment processes and release activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

About You
Proven experience developing Salesforce solutions within enterprise environments.
Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Salesforce customisation.
Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices, version control, and deployment tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in Agile delivery teams.
