Business Analyst – Dynamics 365 ERP Implementation

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business requirements are clearly defined, documented, and delivered in alignment with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & AnalysisEngage with finance, supply chain, and operations stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document ERP requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Process Mapping & Gap AnalysisMap current business processes and identify gaps against Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Recommend process improvements and system configurations to optimize workflows.
• Solution Design SupportCollaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Validate proposed solutions against business objectives.
• Testing & Quality AssuranceDevelop test cases and assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Ensure delivered functionality meets documented requirements.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Dynamics 365 ERP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency in requirements documentation, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
