Process Analyst

We’re looking for a Process Analyst to support a transformation initiative focused on improving and documenting business processes ahead of major system and operational changes. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to capture, structure, and refine process flows across core business functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in workshops and stakeholder sessions to capture process requirements
• Translate discussions into clear, structured process maps and documentation
• Map end-to-end processes, including activities, roles, and hand-offs
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas requiring clarification
• Prepare process artefacts for review and validation with stakeholders
• Maintain consistency and quality across process documentation
• Support tracking of deliverables and overall process coverage

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in process analysis, mapping, or documentation
• Exposure to ERP or enterprise system-driven change initiatives
• Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart, Miro or similar)
• Strong ability to turn unstructured input into clear documentation
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Comfortable working in fast-paced project environments
