Senior Business Analyst – Financial Crime

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior BA to join a large-scale transformation program focused on the implementation of a new Financial Crime Risk Model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities across the implementation of a new risk model.
• Engage with key business stakeholders to elicit, document and validate requirements.
• Analyse existing processes, identify gaps and define future-state business processes.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and deliverables.
• Work closely with technology, risk and compliance teams to support solution design and delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the program.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within Financial Crime.
• Strong understanding of Financial Crime risk, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working on risk model implementations or Financial Crime transformation programs.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working across complex business and technology environments.
