Overview
AI is no longer a side project. It is becoming fundamental to how organisations compete, deliver value, improve customer experiences and redesign the way work gets done.
But access to AI tools alone does not create business value. Organisations need people who can identify the right opportunities, align business and technical stakeholders, manage risk and guide AI initiatives from early ideas through to sustainable implementation.
The AI-Native Value Architect course develops this capability.
Across two instructor-led, project-based days, you will learn how to guide cross-functional teams through the AI-Native Solution Lifecycle, taking an AI opportunity from its first signal through to a production decision.
You will learn how to uncover value from existing AI capabilities, identify and shape high-value opportunities, translate technical considerations into business language, address the common failure modes that stall AI initiatives, and build the artefacts needed to accelerate execution.
Business outcomes
- Closes the Al execution gap by enabling leaders to move initiatives out of the POC graveyard and into production
- Improves alignment between business, tech, and leadership to reduce rework and delays
- Establishes a repeatable network of Value Architects across the ART for launching and scaling Al solutions enterprise-wide

- Recognise the five failure modes that stall Al pilots-unready data, unplanned operations, unbounded risk, unengineered adoption, and unmeasured value
- Run the Al-Native Solution Lifecycle-Sense, Discover, Design, Deliver-to move an initiative from first signal to a production decision
- Translate Al concepts into business language that engages non-technical stakeholders and secures sponsorship
- Build the Al-Native Solution Charter, Value Blueprint, and implementation plans that accelerate execution
This is a 2-day, instructor-led, project-based course that equips participants to guide a cross-functional team through a real AI initiative from its first signal through to a production decision.
The learning experience combines instructor guidance, practical activities, facilitated discussion and application of the AI-Native Solution Lifecycle.
Participants apply the concepts and tools throughout the course, developing practical experience that can be transferred to AI initiatives within their own organisation.

Sydney courses are held at 45 Clarence Street, Sydney.

IS THIS A CERTIFIED COURSE?

Our website offers three payment options for training courses. When you select "BOOK NOW" you will be taken to the checkout. Step two: "Billing Details" is where you can select from the three payment options:
- Credit Card Payments: PM-Partners uses Stripe payment gateway to process Visa, Mastercard, Amex, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry so you can be confident that your card details are protected for online purchases.
- Bank Transfer: We cannot guarantee your registration(s) until your payment is cleared (bank transfers take 3 days to process). Instructions for payment by bank transfer will be provided at the end of the order process.
- Invoice: An invoice will be sent to you after you complete the booking. Payment is required 14 days before the course start date. If you're buying within 14 days, you need to arrange payment ASAP with a minimum of 72 hours before course start date.
