Senior Business Analyst – Data Migration & Data Quality

An experienced Senior Business Analyst is sought to join a high-profile transformation program, playing a key role in delivering complex data migration initiatives.

Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, the successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, mapping current and future state processes, and ensuring data migration activities are delivered with a strong focus on data quality, governance, and business outcomes.

Key experience required:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong background delivering data migration projects from planning through to implementation.
• Experience with data quality, data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and governance.
• Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments.

Nice to have:

• Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated environments.
• Exposure to data migration tools and SQL for data analysis.
