Senior Cloud / DevOps Engineer (AWS)

An organisation delivering a large-scale cloud platform and contact-centre transformation is seeking a Senior Cloud / DevOps Engineer with strong AWS expertise. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, automating, and supporting secure, scalable cloud platforms in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support AWS environments across development, test, and production
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Deliver Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation
• Automate processes to improve reliability, security, and delivery speed
• Support platform stability, including incident management and root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with application, platform, and architecture teams

Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on AWS experience (EC2, VPC, IAM, serverless, containers, networking, security)
• Proven DevOps experience with CI/CD and automation
• Solid Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform and/or CloudFormation)
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash, NodeJS, or similar)
• Experience working in large or regulated enterprise environments

Desirable

• Exposure to Amazon Connect or cloud contact-centre platforms
• Experience with Kubernetes/EKS or container platforms
• Background in cloud migration or modernisation initiatives
