Senior Service Designer

We are seeking an experienced Service Designer to lead complex, enterprise-wide service design initiatives. This is a senior, high-impact role for a self-starting designer who thrives in ambiguity and can manage stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams.

About the Role

• Work with senior stakeholders to define overarching principles, customer journeys, and service experiences.
• Lead design research, including executive interviews and workshops.
• Develop service blueprints, journey maps, and customer experience strategies.
• Identify and articulate operational and consumer risk for self-service initiatives.
• Operate across multiple outputs, not limited to digital, and provide strategic design guidance.

About You

• Experienced in holistic service design beyond digital-only solutions.
• Strong exposure to operations; experience in banking, insurance, or other regulated industries highly advantageous.
• Comfortable engaging executives and presenting risk insights to senior leadership.
• Strategic thinker with experience in design research, blueprints, and journey mapping.
• Experience in telco, aviation, or other complex industries is a plus.
