Agile Delivery Lead

As an Agile Delivery Lead / Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across technology and business teams. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery of complex programs and projects using Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery approaches as appropriate
• Coaching and supporting teams in Agile delivery practices to drive high performance and continuous improvement
• Managing delivery plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and financials across multiple workstreams
• Partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and delivery outcomes
• Ensuring strong governance, reporting, and transparency across all stages of delivery
• Driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus

About You

You are a seasoned delivery leader with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale initiatives in financial services or similarly complex environments.

You will bring:

• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience working in hybrid delivery models
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex technology and business change initiatives
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including engagement at executive level
• Strong financial and risk management capability
• Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum) are desirable but not essential
