Senior Project Manager – Network Transformation

An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the enterprise rollout of a Netskope Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) program within a large corporate environment.

The role will drive the delivery of a large-scale user onboarding program, leading workstreams across user segmentation, data centre migration, Netskope Network Private Access (NPA), Netskope Proxy, and Citrix integrations. This is a high-profile project requiring strong governance, stakeholder management and delivery leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Netskope ZTNA rollout.
• Manage project governance, budgets, resources, risks and executive reporting.
• Coordinate testing, cutovers and phased user migrations.
• Engage and manage senior business and technical stakeholders across geographically dispersed teams.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years’ experience delivering enterprise infrastructure or network transformation projects.
• Proven experience with Zero Trust, Secure Access, Network Security or Network Transformation initiatives.
• Netskope implementation experience (NPA and Proxy) is highly desirable.
• Experience delivering large-scale user migration or onboarding programs.
• Strong project governance, financial management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of ZTNA, SASE, enterprise networking, Citrix integrations, IAM (Entra ID/Okta) and network security
