Senior Project Manager- Data

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic data projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and external vendors to drive successful project outcomes in an Agile environment.

This role requires a confident leader who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, while effectively managing competing priorities across a complex organisational landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the initiation, planning, and delivery of complex data projects within the insurance domain
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and measurable outcomes
• Drive project execution in an Agile delivery environment
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and accountability
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Provide clear and consistent communication to senior stakeholders
  Navigate competing priorities while maintaining delivery momentum

About You

You are a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering data-focused projects within the insurance industry. You thrive in business-facing roles and are confident engaging with senior stakeholders.

You will bring:

• Strong experience delivering data projects in the Insurance sector
• Demonstrated experience managing project initiation and working closely with business and delivery teams
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Proven success delivering projects within an Agile framework
• Strong vendor management experience
• A hands-on approach, with the ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels
• The ability to manage multiple competing demands in a complex environment
