Overview
The Generative AI for L&D and Organisational Development Leaders course is a highly practical, hands-on learning experience designed to help learning professionals embed Generative AI into real learning, capability and organisational development activities.
This is not an AI theory course.
Participants will work directly with AI tools to design learning faster, improve engagement, personalise development pathways, and demonstrate measurable impact.
Through structured prompt frameworks and real L&D scenarios, leaders will learn how to:
- Rapidly design high-quality learning content and programs
- Translate capability needs into structured development pathways
- Improve learner engagement and relevance
- Generate insights to prioritise learning investment
- Embed learning into everyday work
- Confidently and responsibly use AI within organisational guardrails
By the end of the course, participants will have a practical toolkit of prompts and approaches they can apply immediately.

Throughout the day, participants will apply AI tools to real L&D and OD challenges, including:
- Designing a learning program aligned to a business capability need
- Creating learning content (modules, activities, assessments) in minutes
- Generating a capability gap summary and prioritisation plan
- Designing engaging learning interventions for time-poor employees
- Building a behaviour change and reinforcement plan
Each activity focuses on producing tangible outputs that leaders can take back to their workplace.
This course is delivered live by one of our certified facilitators using a highly practical, structured format.

This course does not have an exam.

Development units
Participants who have been awarded the Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential by the Project Management Institute (PMI)® are eligible to earn 7 PDUs for their participation in this course (5 Ways of Working, 2 Business Acumen).
Participants holding any of the Project Management accreditations (CPPP/ CPPM/ CPPD) are eligible to earn 14 CPDs for this short course.
PMI and Project Management Professional (PMP) are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc.

This is an immersive, hands-on course. Participants must bring their preferred device equipped with a GenAI model that supports unlimited prompt entries (e.g., enterprise Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini).

IS THIS A CERTIFIED COURSE?
No. There are no certifications or exams undertaken in this course. However, you do receive a Completion Certificate from PM-Partners group. Participants will also receive a digital badge.
